Estimation for GRC Façade & MS Structure

GRC + MS Structure Estimation Required (BOQ, MS Weight, Installation Costing)

Project Description:
I need an experienced estimator who has worked with GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) façade systems and MS structural support structures. The task is to prepare a complete cost estimate and BOQ for a GRC façade supported on MS framing.

Scope of Work:

Calculate GRC quantities (sqm)

Calculate MS support structure weight (kg)

Identify bracket, anchor and fixing quantities

Estimate installation labour cost for GRC and MS

Include scaffolding cost based on height

Provide rate analysis (material + labour)

Prepare final BOQ in Excel

Provide a summary sheet suitable for client quotation

Required Experience:

GRC panels, jalis, cornices, moulded elements

MS RHS/SHS/angle support frames

Façade installation methodology

Quantity surveying for architectural precast

Ability to read architectural drawings (PDF + DWG)

Deliverables:

BOQ (Excel)

GRC area calculation

MS weight calculation

Installation cost sheet

Final summary sheet
