I’m looking to have a clean, professional-looking website put together for my estate-planning firm. The primary purpose is to clearly explain what we do—people who visit need to leave with a solid understanding of our services rather than feeling pushed to book immediately.
Scope
• Size: 3–4 pages is plenty for this first phase.
• Tone & design: professional and traditional—think reassuring serif fonts, muted colors, straightforward navigation, and an elegant but conservative layout that builds trust.
• Core content areas:
– Wills and Trusts
– Power of Attorney and Healthcare Documents
– Probate and Estate Administration
What I need from you
• A fully responsive site (WordPress, Webflow, or another lightweight CMS you’re comfortable with) that I can edit later without touching code.
• Thoughtful placement of service explanations, a concise “About” section, and an easy-to-spot contact form so visitors can reach out when they are ready.
• Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags) to help local prospects find us.
• Deployment to my hosting once we sign-off on the final design.
Because I’m starting on a lean budget, please outline how you’d keep costs low—whether that’s through a well-chosen template, staged milestones, or another efficient workflow—while still delivering a site that reflects the gravitas and trustworthiness of an estate-planning practice.
If you have portfolio examples that show similar professional, traditional styling, I’d love to see them along with your estimated timeline for wrapping up this small but important project.
