Esports Meta Ads Lead Generation

I run a fast-growing esports-focused iGaming platform and I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day Meta Ads work to a specialist who already knows how to squeeze more quality leads out of Facebook, Instagram and the wider Meta ecosystem.

The single KPI is clear: more verified sign-ups from our campaigns in Asia at an efficient CPA. I have in-house design support and a healthy monthly spend, but I need someone with at least 3+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience in performance marketing—ideally with previous wins in iGaming or esports—who can take full ownership of strategy, execution and ongoing optimisation.

What I’ll provide
• Current ads manager access, pixel and conversion API setup
• Historical data, audience lists and creative assets
• A weekly creative budget for fresh ad variations

What I’m expecting in return
• A 90-day growth plan covering testing roadmap, budget allocation and projected CPA targets
• Continuous campaign optimisation: audience refinement, creative testing, bid strategies and funnel tweaks
• Clear, actionable weekly reports summarising spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS and next steps
• Transparent communication via Slack and a quick sync call each week

Acceptance criteria
1. CPA reduced by at least 20 % within the first 60 days while maintaining volume
2. Minimum of three new winning creatives identified per month
3. All tracking events firing correctly in Ads Manager and GA4
