I have a sample schematic for an ESP32-based power-control board and need a custom new board designed with additional options and make production-ready version that meets Australian mains-safety rules.

Core objectives
The board must run directly from the AC line via an on-board, PCB-mount AC/DC converter. From that supply it will drive four relays (10 A or 16 A) while providing accurate energy monitoring on every channel. Wireless and wired connectivity are essential: 4 G cellular, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, plus a USB interface for firmware loading. I also need Modbus for external equipment, on-board GPS for location services, and a battery-backed RTC.

What I will provide
• schematic of closely similar product, and datasheets for the preferred AC/DC converter, cellular module, and GPS receiver.
• Mechanical outline, enclosure constraints, and notes on clearances required by AS/NZS mains-safety standards.

Your task
• Update the schematic to incorporate the new components and add missing features (USB, GPS, Modbus, battery socket, RTC).
• Lay out a multilayer PCB that respects creepage/clearance for 240 V AC, relay spacing, and antenna keep-outs.
• Generate manufacturing files (Gerbers, pick-and-place, assembly drawings) and a clean BOM with alternates.
• Deliver ready-to-flash test firmware that confirms power-up, relay switching, current sensing, cellular registration, Wi-Fi/Ethernet link, GPS lock, and Modbus transaction—all via USB for easy validation.

Acceptance
I consider the job complete when the design passes a 3-D DRC check in Altium (or KiCad) and an Australian compliance review for the mains section, and when your demo firmware reports stable readings on all four channels.
