I have drafted a small ESP32 board with an on-board MOSFET switcher in TSCircuit and want a fresh, expert set of eyes on the layout before I send it to PCBWay. The schematic is stable; what I need now is reassurance that the physical design will sail through fabrication and assembly without surprises.

Your review should concentrate on overall layout quality and manufacturing readiness: track widths, clearances, drill sizes, footprint accuracy, placement, copper areas, layer stack-up, and mounting holes—all per PCBWay’s standard capabilities. If you spot any DRC conflicts or optimisation opportunities, please document them and suggest precise fixes.

Deliverables
• Annotated copy of the PCB file (or PDF/PNG screenshots) marking every issue and recommended change.
• Updated Gerber/NC drill set or clear written guidance so I can apply the fixes myself.
• A brief summary confirming compliance with PCBWay tolerances and expected yield.

If you can turn this around quickly and keep the feedback practical and concise, we’ll be a great fit.
