I’m building a smart, self-propelled dealer button that can glide across a felt poker table, light up in vibrant patterns, talk to surrounding hardware, and report its own movements. To make that happen I need a complete hardware package—schematics and a production-ready circular PCB—centered on the ESP32.

Core requirements
• Shape: round, “dealer button” footprint, slim enough to roll smoothly on felt while housing a lithium battery and two low-profile drive wheels.
• Processor: ESP32 for built-in WiFi and Bluetooth; all I/O for motor driver, LED ring, sensors, and battery management must be broken out.
• Connectivity: Both WiFi and Bluetooth should run concurrently without external modules.
• Functions to support: lighting up with LEDs, communicating with other devices, and tracking movements (likely IMU or optical flow—open to your proposal).

What I need from you
1. Complete schematic in KiCad, Altium, or Eagle (your choice—exportable to Gerber).
2. 2-layer (or justified multilayer) PCB layout, routed for a circular form factor with clear mounting points for wheels and battery.
3. BOM with manufacturer part numbers and availability notes.
4. Power system: safe lithium battery charging circuit (USB-C preferred) and protection.
5. Design files ready for fabrication plus an assembly drawing that shows component placement and wheel integration.

Acceptance criteria
• All nets pass ERC/DRC.
• Gerbers import without errors at JLC or PCBWay.
• ESP32 antenna keep-out and ground clearance follow datasheet guidelines.
• Separate power domains for logic, motors, and LEDs tested in the design review.
