ERP Portal Node-React Development

I have an existing ERP portal that already runs on a Node.js back end with a React.js front end. I now want to expand and polish three specific areas:

• Sales, customers, and invoices
• Stock, purchases, and suppliers
• A brand-new project-tracking section

For project tracking, users must be able to create projects, assign tasks, follow task progress with clear deadlines, and log both costs and incoming payments. Everything you build has to respect a role-based permission model: full control for Admin, managerial views and reports for Managers, and limited self-service for ordinary Staff.

The codebase is in plain JavaScript (Node + Express on the server, React with hooks on the client) and version-controlled in Git. I’ll provide branch access, a staging URL, and a short onboarding walkthrough. Your deliverables are:

1. Clean, well-documented REST endpoints and matching React views for each of the areas above.
2. Role-aware middleware on the server and guarded routes on the client.
3. Migration scripts or seed data so I can test right away.
4. A brief README that explains setup and how each new feature can be verified.
