Our subscription-based app is feature-complete and sitting on the launchpad with a queue of early adopters ready to onboard. I now need a committed technical partner who is prepared to earn a meaningful equity stake by steering everything on the engineering side from this point forward.

Where we stand
• Codebase is production-ready and already running in a staging environment.
• Marketing, sales, and customer success are lined up; the missing piece is ongoing technical leadership.

What I’d like you to own
- Final pre-launch hardening: security sweep, load testing, and performance tuning.
- Deployment architecture: choose the right cloud setup, automate CI/CD, and put monitoring/alerting in place.
- Post-launch roadmap: triage bugs, prioritise new features, and keep the release cycle predictable.
- Long-term scalability: database sharding, caching strategy, and cost-efficient infrastructure planning.

What you’ll get

Full-stack mindset with solid DevOps practice. You should be comfortable digging into authentication flows, subscription billing, dashboard analytics, or whatever else the product demands as we evolve.

3. Documented technical roadmap covering the next two quarters.
