I need an institutional-grade investor presentation that will anchor a Regulation D 506(c) raise for my U.S.–based equipment financing and leasing platform. Our strategy is pure asset-backed finance, placing income-producing assets—primarily construction and mining equipment—into lease or finance contracts that generate predictable cash flow and attractive depreciation benefits.

The final deck must convince sophisticated, accredited investors by laying out four things with absolute clarity:
• our business model and market positioning
• the detailed transaction structure of each lease/loan pool
• five-year financial projections with key metrics and downside cases
• the tax-advantaged depreciation profile that boosts after-tax yield

I will supply the underlying assumptions, term sheets, and model outputs once we agree on scope.
