Epic Historical Cover Design

I am looking for an experienced freelance book cover designer to help clean up, reformat, and polish existing visual assets for an upcoming historical/epic non-fiction/fiction book project (Title kept confidential for NDA reasons until hire).
The goal is to take our preliminary graphics and layout template and transform them into a professional, high-resolution, market-ready book cover suitable for both print (paperback/hardcover) and digital platforms (e-book).
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Artwork Cleanup: Refining, vectorizing (where necessary), and optimizing rough graphics so they meet professional print standards.
Layout Integration: We will provide an established layout template. You will integrate the cleaned-up artwork, front title typography, spine elements (scaled to calculated dimensions), and back cover details.
Back Cover Elements: Incorporating spaces for a provided book blurb, author bio, and a placeholder for an ISBN barcode.
File Formats: Delivering final layered source files (PSD, AI, or InDesign) alongside high-resolution print-ready PDFs formatted for major publishing platforms (e.g., KDP, IngramSpark).
Project Requirements & Legal Protection
IP & Confidentiality: Because the project title and details are sensitive, all applicants must agree to maintain strict confidentiality. The selected designer will be required to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Intellectual Property transfer agreement (Work Made for Hire) before viewing full project files.
Assets Provided: We already have rough concept art and a structural template ready for you to work with—you will not be starting entirely from scratch.
