Environmental Consultant - Registered Qualified Person

Role: Registered Qualified Person (RQP) – Environmental Consulting (Project-Based / Freelance)
Location: Remote / Pan-India (Headquarters: Faridabad, Haryana)
Engagement: Contractual, project-to-project assignment
Job Overview:Our Faridabad-based environmental firm is building a Pan-India panel of freelance Registered Qualified Persons (RQPs).
You will review, sign off on, and defend statutory environmental reports, EIA studies, and management plans before state and central regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the authorized signatory for environmental clearances, mining plans, or SPCB compliance documents.Ensure all project reports strictly comply with local state amendments and central MoEFCC guidelines.Attend regulatory technical committee meetings (SEAC/SEIAA) on behalf of the firm when required.
Requirements:Mandatory: Active RQP registration number from IBM, QCI/NABET, or specific State Pollution Control Boards.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience compiling and securing approvals for technical environmental reports.
Deep familiarity with online filing portals (e.g., Parivesh, state SPCB portals).
