Entry-Level Virtual Event Coordinator

I run a series of short-term training sessions and workshops and need dependable help keeping everything organized over the next one to three months. The role centers on attendee management: building and maintaining Excel-based lists, sending timely reminder emails, and preparing polished handouts or slide decks when needed. We meet and collaborate in Microsoft Teams, so basic fluency there is essential.

Strong administrative instincts, solid planning skills, and clear written communication will make you successful here. If a new duty pops up—anything from updating a schedule to double-checking breakout room links—I will rely on you to handle it smoothly.

The project carries a single fixed-fee budget, so I am expecting efficient, entry-level support rather than enterprise-scale production. For compliance reasons I can accept U.S. candidates only, and I cannot consider an application without a résumé attached.
