I’m looking for a reliable associate who can dedicate a steady 12 hours each week to two straightforward tasks: locating fresh prospects that match my criteria and sending a pre-written email to each one. I’ll walk you through every step of the workflow, but you must already be comfortable with basic computer skills, everyday email management, and simple online lead generation.

Here’s how the work unfolds: during your scheduled hours you’ll search the web (LinkedIn, company sites, directories, etc.) to collect the contact name, role, and email address, save everything neatly in the Google Sheet I provide, then copy-paste the template message from our Gmail account and hit send. I track progress by the number of qualified leads added and emails dispatched, so consistency matters more than raw speed.

I offer clear instructions , written SOPs, and quick feedback so you’ll feel confident after the first session. In return I need someone who shows up for the agreed hours, follows instructions exactly, and communicates promptly if anything blocks your workflow. The role can stretch from a few weeks to long-term if we work well together.

Deliverables each week
• Target number of new leads entered in the sheet
• Matching outreach emails sent using the provided template
• Brief end-of-week report noting totals and any replies of note
