I’m expanding my sales team and need a steady stream of entry-level Sales Executive candidates. Your role is to tap into your network, screen for solid communication skills, and pass along people who are genuinely interested in a full-time sales role.

What I’m looking for
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals ready to start in sales
• Clear, confident communicators who can articulate ideas and listen actively
• Candidates based locally (or willing to relocate) and available for interview within the next two weeks

What I need from you
• A short profile or résumé for each prospect, plus their contact details
• A brief note on how you vetted their communication ability (phone call, video chat, etc.)
• Your assurance the candidate knows they’re being referred and is open to speaking with us
