This ongoing hiring initiative focuses on filling high-volume, entry-level openings across retail and customer-service departments. The work is entirely non-technical, yet it still demands sharp sourcing instincts, quick turnaround, and concise communication with every applicant.

Scope of work
• Source fresh talent daily using your own toolkit—LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, employee-referral outreach, or any platform you already trust.
• Screen résumés and conduct first-round phone or video interviews, moving only qualified prospects forward.
• Keep each candidate informed at every stage, from application through offer, so drop-off stays minimal.
• Coordinate hand-offs to our hiring managers and HR team, then assist with reference checks and day-one onboarding tasks.

Success looks like this: a steady pipeline delivered each week, clear status notes in our shared ATS, and new hires who arrive on schedule and well briefed.

Everything is remote and asynchronous, so you set your own schedule as long as agreed targets are met. If you thrive on independent recruiting and already have the tools to do it, this project should fit comfortably into your workflow.
