Entertainment Staffing Appointment Setter

I have a list of warm entertainment-industry leads who have already shown interest in our event-staffing and UGC creation services. Your task is to take those names, follow up promptly, and lock in calendar appointments whose primary purpose is hiring staff for upcoming tradeshows, festivals, and brand activations.

You’ll step in right after the initial inquiry, nurture the conversation over phone, backstage, email, or social DMs, answer basic questions pulled from our FAQ sheet, and then secure a confirmed time slot on my Google Calendar (or Calendly if you prefer). Each booked call should include contact details, company name, service need (event staffing or UGC creation), and any notes that will help me close the deal.

Deliverables (checked daily):
• Updated lead sheet with status, next action, and timestamp
• Confirmed calendar invites for every scheduled appointment
• Brief call/DM summary so I can pick up the thread seamlessly

Success is measured by show-up rate and the number of appointments that progress to signed staffing agreements. Friendly persistence, clear communication, and an ear for the unique pace of the entertainment world will be essential.
