Enterprise Decision Platform in .NET/React

The work is to maintain and continually iterate a web-based platform that helps our business clients make faster, data-driven decisions. The stack is already defined: back-end services in .NET 6 (C#) with EF Core and a RESTful API, front-end in React with TypeScript, and a SQL Server database.

Here is what I need you to build and wire together:

• Secure user authentication (JWT or similar) with role-based access
• A flexible content-management area where analysts can publish insights, dashboards, and supporting files without touching code
• B2B-oriented multi-tenant architecture so each client company sees only its own data and branding

You’ll take the lead on architecture, maintain CI/CD in GitHub Actions (or Azure DevOps if you prefer), and deliver clean, analyse and improve code plus a short deployment guide so my team can move it to our Azure environment. Automated unit tests on the API layer and a handful of Cypress end-to-end tests on the React side will be part of the definition of done. And must have experience working with agents.
