Enter Patient Data from Excel

I have a single Excel workbook that lists under 100 medical test results. From each row I only need the patient information—names, IDs, dates of birth, contact details—transferred into the secure template I will provide. Nothing else from the sheet is required.

The task is straightforward but accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable. You’ll open the source file, copy the specified patient fields into the new sheet, then run a quick self-audit to be sure every character matches the original. If you already work with healthcare data and understand basic privacy expectations, this will feel familiar.

Deliverables

Once I receive the clean file and verify its accuracy, the project is complete.
