Enter Mixed Form Data

I have roughly 51-200 web-based forms that must be transcribed by hand into a structured spreadsheet I will supply. Each record contains both text fields (names, addresses, notes) and numeric fields (IDs, prices, quantities), so a sharp eye for detail and flawless typing accuracy are essential.

Here is how I see the workflow:

• Open each online form through the secure link I’ll share.
• Copy every visible field exactly as shown—spelling, punctuation, and number formatting must match the source.
• Paste the data into the matching columns of my Excel template, saving frequently to avoid loss.
• Flag any illegible or missing entries in a separate “Issues” column so I can follow up.

The file is considered complete when every assigned form is represented by one clean, fully populated row in the spreadsheet with zero alignment errors or empty mandatory cells. I will run spot checks against the live forms before releasing final approval.

If you already rely on tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers for similar projects, you’ll feel right at home here. I can start transferring access credentials as soon as we agree on a start date, and I’ll stay available on chat for quick clarifications throughout the job.
