Enter 200+ Pages Database Data

I need every record from an online database—well over 200 pages in total—transferred into a clean, consistently formatted spreadsheet. The source is entirely online, so you will be copying or manually keying the information directly from the database interface into Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer) without losing a single character or number.

Accuracy is the priority: names, addresses, numerical values, dates and any free-text notes must match the original entries exactly. Please keep the column order I provide, flag any illegible or missing fields, and maintain the same spelling, punctuation and capitalisation you see in the source.

Deliverable: a single .xlsx file ready for import into our internal system, accompanied by a short log of issues or clarifications.
