Enter 100-500 Texts into Excel

I have between 100 and 500 standard phone text messages that need to be copied accurately into an Excel spreadsheet. Each entry will include the message content, the date-time stamp exactly as it appears on the phone, and the sender/recipient label. The spreadsheet template is ready; you’ll just be filling the rows without altering the existing column structure.

Please work directly from the text message screen—no WhatsApp or other chat apps are involved—so careful transcription and consistent formatting are essential. I will provide screenshots or a backup file of the messages, whichever you prefer, along with a short naming convention guide for the sender/recipient field.

I’ll review the sheet for:
• 100 % completeness (all messages present)
• Perfect match of wording and punctuation
• Proper alignment with the given column headers

If any row is missing or misaligned, I’ll return the sheet once for corrections before final approval. A quick turnaround is ideal, but accuracy comes first.
