Enhance Zoho Books Invoice Templates

I need the Invoicing module in my Zoho Books account fine-tuned so every invoice can carry extra information that isn’t available through the stock layouts. The single change that matters right now is the ability to insert and display custom fields across the whole template (PDF view, email preview, and customer portal) without breaking the existing branding or tax calculations.

What this involves
• Create or map new custom fields in Zoho Books settings.
• Edit the current invoice template so those fields render cleanly in the header and line-item sections.
• Preserve my current colors, logo placement, and font sizes so the final output still matches our brand guide.
• Provide a short walkthrough (screenshots or Loom) showing where to adjust the fields later on.

Everything happens inside Zoho Books; if you prefer working through Zoho’s template editor or Deluge snippets, that’s fine as long as the final template is easily editable by me. Once the updated layout is live, I’ll verify by generating a test invoice with populated custom data—when those values appear exactly where expected, the project is complete.
