Enhance Two Logos to High-Res

I have two small, slightly blurry JPEG logo files that I now need in crisp, high-resolution formats. The artwork itself should stay exactly as it is—no redesigns—just clean edges, accurate colours, and enough resolution for any future web or print use.

You will receive the current low-quality JPEGs from me. From those, I need fresh versions in both PNG (transparent background) and JPEG at a minimum of 300 dpi and around 3000 px on the longest side so they scale nicely without pixelation.

Deliverables:
• 2 high-resolution PNG files (one per logo, transparent background)
• 2 high-resolution JPEG files (one per logo)

Please keep the file names logical and consistent. A quick turnaround is appreciated; this is a straightforward up-res and clean-up job rather than a creative overhaul.
