Enhance Research Photos & Videos

I am preparing a peer-reviewed article and need my source material to look publication-ready. The raw set includes both short video clips and still photographs. I want each file to be corrected for accurate colour, balanced brightness and contrast, and cleaned of visual noise so that fine details are clear when readers zoom in.

For the videos, I am looking to take a number of still images from the video and again to improve quality for publication.
Outcome: final photos in improved resolution PNG/JPEGs for manuscript submission

Turnaround within 2 weeks would be ideal, but let me know if you need longer based on the file count.
