I have a short MP4 clip recorded by a security camera in very poor lighting. Right now the faces in the frame are barely recognizable; my sole objective is to bring those faces out clearly enough for positive identification.
You are free to use any combination of brightness/contrast adjustments, noise reduction, color correction, or other specialist techniques you feel will deliver the best result. I just need the final file supplied in the same MP4 format, plus a handful of high-resolution still frames of the key moments where faces are most visible.
Acceptance criteria
• Faces in the processed video must be noticeably sharper and brighter than in the original clip, with minimal new artifacts.
• Still frames should be clear enough that an untrained viewer can recognise distinguishing facial features.
Please let me know how quickly you can turn this around and what tools you intend to use so I can gauge compatibility with my own archive workflow.
