English/German to Russian Texts

I have a collection of documents in both English and German that must be rendered into clear, natural-sounding Russian. Accuracy and style are equally important: the translated text should read as though it were originally written in Russian while preserving every nuance, figure, and technical detail from the source.

Scope
• Rough total volume: several short articles and a few longer reports (exact word count will follow once we start).
• Subject matter: general business and marketing with some industry-specific terms; you will receive reference material and context notes.
• Format: most files arrive in Word; a handful may be plain text or PowerPoint slides.

What I expect from you
1. A polished Russian version of each file, delivered in the same layout as the source (DOCX or PPTX).
2. Consistent terminology across all texts; if you are unsure about a term, flag it and suggest options.
3. One clean copy and one copy with tracked changes so I can see your edits at a glance.
4. Respect for internal deadlines—we will agree a schedule once I share the final word count.

Nice to have (but not essential at this stage): experience preparing accompanying visuals or slide decks, as I may add a small design task after the core translation is complete.
