English-Tamil Manuscript to PDF

I need a printed, bilingual (English–Tamil) manuscript turned into a clean, error-free digital version and delivered as a press-ready PDF. Every line of text must be re-typed—not OCR—so that both languages render perfectly in Unicode.

The book also contains several images; I will supply high-resolution scans and I expect them to be inserted exactly where they appear in the original, keeping proportions and captions intact. Page breaks, headings, and any small design touches visible in the print copy should be mirrored so the final PDF looks just like the source—but sharper.

Accuracy in Tamil typing is critical, so please be comfortable with standard Tamil fonts such as Latha, Vijaya, or equivalent. Before finalising, I’ll review a draft PDF for spelling, alignment, and image placement; once approved, you’ll generate the final PDF ready for offset or digital print.
