English-Spanish Psychology Case Translation

I have an English-language psychological case study—well over ten pages—that needs to read as though it were originally written in Spanish. All clinical terminology, diagnostic labels, and assessment scales must stay true to the source while still sounding natural to Spanish-speaking professionals.

The text is supplied in Word; the finished work should mirror the original formatting so charts, headings, and page breaks remain intact. I have not yet decided whether a certified translation will be required, so please keep stamps, sworn statements, or ATA credentials ready as an optional add-on.
