English-Somali Business Correspondence Translation

I have several pieces of general business correspondence written in English that need to be translated into clear, professional Somali. These are everyday business emails and letters—nothing highly technical or legal, but they still require absolute accuracy in tone, intent, and formatting so my Somali-speaking partners can read and respond without confusion.

What I will send you: Word or PDF files containing the original messages.
What I expect back: fully translated Somali versions in the same file format, laid out exactly as the originals (headers, signatures, bullet points, dates, and any company references must stay consistent).

Because these documents facilitate ongoing business communication, the language must sound natural to native Somali readers while preserving every nuance of the original English. If you prefer to use a CAT tool such as Trados or memoQ to keep terminology consistent, that is perfectly fine, but the final submission has to be polished, human-readable Somali.

Acceptance criteria
• Complete, error-free Somali text that mirrors the meaning and structure of the source.
• No machine-translation artifacts.
• Delivery of each translated file within the agreed timeline.
