English-Odia Report Typing

I have a collection of reports that need to be re-typed with absolute accuracy in both English and Odia. Source material will arrive as scanned pages and occasional handwritten notes; your job is to convert everything into clean, well-structured documents in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

I’ll send you a short set of formatting guidelines covering margins, heading hierarchy, font choices for each language, and basic table styles. As long as those rules are observed, you are free to use any workflow that keeps speed and fidelity high.

Because the reports contain mixed-script content, you must already be comfortable with Odia keyboard layouts or IME tools as well as standard English typing conventions. Consistency in diacritics, punctuation, and numbering is critical; I will spot-check against the originals before sign-off.

Deliverables
• A Word (.docx) file and a matching Google Docs link for each report
• Files named exactly as instructed so they slot straight into my archive
• Work completed by the deadlines we agree at contract start

When you respond, attach a detailed project proposal outlining the tools you intend to use, any quality-control steps, a realistic turnaround time per report, and your availability for quick clarifications.
