English-Hindi User Manual Translation

I have up to three technical user manuals written in English that need to be rendered accurately and fluently in Hindi. Each manual contains specialised terminology, step-by-step procedures, safety notes and labelled diagrams, so the translated text must stay faithful to the original meaning while preserving formatting, captions and cross-references.

Your work should:
• Convey all technical terms in clear, standard Hindi that engineers and end-users can trust.
• Mirror the existing layout in Word or InDesign; graphics and numbering must remain intact.
• Pass a quick internal review for terminology consistency and grammatical accuracy before final delivery.

Please return the finished manuals in the same editable file format along with a clean PDF for reference. If you use CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, include the TM for future updates. I will share the source files and a short glossary once we start.
