English-Hindi Novel Translator/Audiobook Bot

Project: Personal English-to-Hindi Novel Translator + Multi-Voice Audiobook Telegram Bot

Mujhe apne personal use ke liye Telegram bot chahiye. Mere paas already Ubuntu VPS/server hai. VPS main provide karunga. Mujhe phone/Telegram se hi bot use karna hai; mujhe technical commands manually nahi chalani hain.

IMPORTANT:
Bid karne se pehle poora scope padhein. Jo price aap bid karenge, wahi agreed final development price maana jayega. Project award ke baad price ₹600–₹1,500 se badhakar ₹4,000+ karna acceptable nahi hoga. Agar is scope ke liye aapka price zyada hai to bid na karein.

English TXT novel Telegram par upload karunga aur poora workflow Telegram se use hoga.

2. English TXT Upload
Large English TXT files process hone chahiye. Practical target 10–20 MB+ hona chahiye. Manual splitting user ko nahi karna hoga.

3. Two Translation Modes
A) Normal Hindi
- Natural Hindi translation
- Story/meaning unchanged
- Extra information add nahi karni

B) Indian / Desi / Pocket FM Style
- Indian names
- Natural Indian conversational language
- Audio-friendly narration/dialogue

4. Indian Names
Chinese/foreign character names aur place names ko Indian names mein convert karna.
Har novel ki apni separate name-list/glossary hogi.
Ek novel ke names doosre novel mein mix nahi hone chahiye.

5. Chapter Preservation
Chapter numbers/order preserve hon.
Chapter missing, duplicate ya reorder nahi hona chahiye.

6. Hindi TXT Output
Translation ke baad clean UTF-8 Hindi TXT file Telegram par download ke liye mile.

7. Audio Generation
Hindi TXT se MP3 audiobook generate karne ka option.

8. Multi-Voice
At least:
- Narration = separate voice
- Dialogue = separate voice

Quotation marks `" "` ke andar dialogue ko automatically detect karke dialogue voice use ho.

9. Audio Splitting
User choose kar sake:
- 5 chapters per MP3
- 10 chapters per MP3
- 20 chapters per MP3

Har selected group ki separate MP3 file mile.

10. Background Processing
Processing VPS par background mein chale.
Telegram/browser/phone screen band hone ya phone lock hone se processing stop nahi honi chahiye.

11. Checkpoint / Resume
Agar VPS restart, internet issue ya temporary error aaye to completed work dobara se start na ho.
Last successful point se resume ho.

12. Retry Failed
Failed chapter/part ko identify karke Retry Failed option ho.
Jo parts already complete hain unko dobara translate/audio generate na kare.

13. Progress
Telegram par progress mile:
- total chapters
- completed
- processing
- failed
- failure reason

14. Hindi TXT + MP3
Final Hindi TXT aur generated MP3 files Telegram se download ki ja saken.

15. Offline Translation Backup
Google/Microsoft online services ko primary dependency nahi banana hai.

Preferred system:
- Local/offline translation model VPS par installed ho.
- Agar Google/Microsoft API temporarily fail, quota hit, rate-limit ya service issue ho, to offline/local translation automatically backup ke roop mein kaam kare.

16. Audio Backup
Online TTS (Microsoft/Edge etc.) use kiya ja sakta hai agar quality achhi ho.

Lekin agar Google/Microsoft/Edge TTS fail ho, quota/rate-limit/service problem aaye, to offline/local Hindi TTS backup available hona chahiye, taaki poora bot completely unusable na ho.

17. Google + Microsoft Dependency
Agar Google/Microsoft/Edge services use ki ja rahi hain to clearly batana hoga:
- kaunsi service
- free quota/limit
- rate limit
- kya dependency hai

Future mein third-party API mein change aaye to agreed bot ka backup/local system available rehna chahiye.

18. Separate Novel Data
Har uploaded novel ka:
- original file
- translated files
- glossary/name-list
- progress
- completed/failed status

alag folder/project mein store ho.

Ek novel ka data doosre novel ke saath mix nahi hona chahiye.

19. Complete Source Code
Complete editable Python/source code dena hoga.
Koi hidden/private component nahi hona chahiye jo sirf freelancer ke paas ho.

20. VPS Setup
Mere paas already Ubuntu VPS hai.
Freelancer ko us VPS par:

- models
- bot
- services
- background processing
- required configuration

properly setup karna hoga.

21. Migration
Future mein agar main doosre Ubuntu VPS par shift karun to bot migrate ho sake.

22. Testing
Development ke baad real novel se proper testing hogi.
Sirf dummy/small text demo ko final success nahi maana jayega.

23. Large File Test

Main normal user ki tarah Telegram se use karunga.
Har baar SSH/Termux/command manually run nahi karna chahiye.

Development/test ke baad main khud complete testing karunga.

Award se pehle ya initial development stage mein agreed sample/demo se:

Mera budget limited hai. Previous discussions mein is type ke project ke liye bids approximately ₹600–₹1,500 range mein aa chuki hain.
