I have a steady stream of articles, blog posts, and email copy that must move smoothly between English and Hindi in both directions while maintaining a consistently formal tone. Each piece should read as though it were written natively in the target language—accurate, culturally appropriate, and polished enough for publication without further edits.

You will receive the original text in editable files (mostly Word or Google Docs) and return the translated version in the same format, preserving headings, hyperlinks, basic formatting, and any embedded keywords I highlight. Consistency of terminology across batches is important, so if you prefer working with a CAT tool such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or even a well-structured glossary in Excel, let me know; I’m open to whichever method helps keep style and vocabulary aligned over time.

Deliverables
• Fully translated document for each source file, ready to publish
• A brief note on any cultural or linguistic nuance that required adaptation
• Updated glossary if new key terms appear

Once we agree on the first sample piece, I’ll queue up the remainder of the content on a rolling basis. Timely turnaround, strict confidentiality, and clear communication are essential throughout the collaboration.
