English Educational Video Subtitling

I have a finished educational video and now I need clean, perfectly timed English subtitles to accompany it. The source audio is in English; you’ll transcribe every spoken word, proof-read for accuracy, then sync the text so it lands naturally with each line of dialogue or narration.

Please work in standard subtitle software (Aegisub, Subtitle Edit, or similar) and supply an .srt file that I can drop straight into the final cut. If you prefer another professional tool, that’s fine as long as the timing is frame-accurate and the file opens without issue in Premiere Pro.

Although this first job is an educational piece, I also produce drama content, so if you’re comfortable handling that tone too, let me know—it could lead to more work.

Deliverables
• Word-perfect transcription of the full video
• Time-coded .srt (UTF-8) synced to the video’s frame rate
• One round of revisions if any timing tweaks are needed

Acceptance criteria
• Maximum 1-second gap or overlap per subtitle event
• No line exceeds 42 characters; reading speed stays under 17 cps
• 100 % spelling and grammar accuracy in English
