I have several English user manuals and guides that must be rendered into clear, accurate Arabic for our internal staff and training teams. The language has to stay technically precise while remaining easy for colleagues to follow during onboarding and refresher sessions.

The finished files should mirror the source manuals’ overall look—headings, tables, call-out boxes, and embedded images—yet I am fine with minor formatting tweaks where Arabic text expansion or right-to-left alignment demands it. In other words, keep the core layout intact but don’t spend extra hours forcing every pixel to match.

What I will provide: the original manuals in their native formats (mostly Paper or Word and a few PDFs).
What I expect back: Arabic versions in the same formats, fully proof-read, ready for internal publishing.

A strong background in technical or engineering language is essential, as is familiarity with standard desktop-publishing tools like MS Word, Acrobat, or InDesign to ensure the final files open cleanly on our side.

Once I send the first manual, I’d like a short sample page returned so we can confirm terminology and layout before you proceed with the rest. After approval, please deliver each completed manual as you finish it so our trainers can begin using them right away.
