I want to launch a web-based marketplace that connects clients with specialists in civil, mechanical and electrical engineering. The platform should let clients outline a project, receive competitive bids from qualified engineers and ultimately hire and rate them, all in one place.

Core features I need from the first release include:
• Service provider profiles that showcase qualifications, portfolios and availability
• A clean workflow for project posting, bidding and award management
• A review and rating system to build trust and surface top-performing engineers

For user authentication I only require the classic email-and-password flow to start with—social or two-factor logins can wait for a later phase. Please build the site to be responsive, secure and straightforward to maintain, and provide clear documentation so I can hand routine admin tasks to a non-technical teammate once we go live.
