Engineer Hiring Coordination

I’ve received a stack of engineer applications through our Naukri Recruit account and need a capable HR partner to move things forward quickly. Your first task is to screen every résumé against three hard filters—experience level, required technical skills, and the stated educational background—so I only speak with candidates who truly match our brief.

Once the shortlist is ready, you will:

• Contact each selected candidate, verify their interest and earliest start date, and answer basic role queries.
• Arrange and confirm video interviews (Zoom or Google Meet) between the candidate and our technical panel, handling time-zone clashes and calendar invites.
• Keep me updated with a running tracker of who was screened, who was declined, and who is scheduled.

Acceptance criteria
1. A spreadsheet (or shared tracker) listing all applicants with clear pass/fail notes for each screening criterion.
2. Confirmed video interview slots for every shortlisted candidate, with invitations sent to both sides.
3. Email or chat transcripts showing candidate coordination, ready for audit if needed.
