My current website is functional but it isn’t holding visitors’ attention as long as I’d like. The redesign should focus squarely on raising user engagement by weaving in truly interactive elements—subtle micro-animations, hover states, quizzes or sliders where they make sense—while refreshing the visuals so every page feels modern, cohesive and unmistakably on-brand.

Performance must improve in tandem with aesthetics. Navigation has to feel instant: menus, filters and in-page links should respond without delay. Large images and video sections need to load smoothly, so please plan for media-optimisation techniques such as lazy loading, WebP/AVIF formats and an appropriate CDN.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity mock-ups (desktop & mobile) illustrating interactive states and the new visual style.
• Front-end build or component library, coded in clean HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and JavaScript (React or vanilla ES6—open to your recommendation) and meeting accessibility best practice.
• Performance report showing measurable gains in navigation speed and media content loading over the current site.
• Clear hand-over documentation for future updates.

Acceptance criteria
• Time-to-interactive under 2 s on core pages.
• All interactive features run flawlessly on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and major mobile browsers.
• Final visuals match the approved mock-ups pixel-for-pixel.

I’ll supply branding assets and analytics insights at kick-off and allow a concise revision round for both design and build. Let’s transform engagement through smart design and snappy performance.
