Need Shadow Teacher - Lexicon School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to support our child during school hours at Lexicon School, Kalyani Nagar.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the child during classroom activities
Help with attention, participation, and task completion
Encourage positive social interaction with peers
Coordinate with teachers when required
Maintain a calm, patient, and encouraging approach
Requirements:
Basic English communication skills are mandatory
Experience with children is preferred
Background in teaching, psychology, special education, childcare, or therapy is an added advantage
Reliable, punctual, and caring personality
Work Duration: Approximately 4.5 hours per day
Location: The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
