Engaging Substation LinkedIn Content

I manage a LinkedIn group for power-system professionals and want a steady stream of concise, technically sound posts that spark lively discussion. Each post must highlight operation examples, innovative technologies now shaping substations and grid stations—think digital substations, IEC 61850 advances, online condition monitoring and similar topics—then finish with an open-ended question that invites members to weigh in.
You’ll publish through several personal profiles, so switching accounts and scheduling natively on the platform has to feel second nature. Tone should stay professional yet conversational, with jargon accurate but still accessible to experienced engineers in transmission and distribution.
Deliverables
• Monthly content calendar detailing topics, talking points and any proposed media or links
• 3–4 short, discussion-oriented posts per week, formatted and ready to publish from multiple accounts
Acceptance criteria
• Posts remain focused on innovative substation / grid-station technologies
• Each post elicits genuine conversation—aim for at least ten comments on average across the accounts used
• Technical accuracy aligns with current T&D standards and terminology
When responding, please emphasise your experience in the transmission and distribution sector and any past success running LinkedIn communities or multi-account campaigns. Links to previous work are welcome.
Payment will be based per post
