Engaging Fitness & Hygiene Instagram

I am starting with an Instagram page about gym hygiene and post-workout care: practical, relatable content that helps people feel fresh after training. My goal is to build an engaged audience of 1,000+ real followers. You can use AI tools.

What you’ll do?

1. Create 2 posts per day: roughly one Reel or short video and one carousel.
2. Produce visuals with AI tools (for example Gemini/Nano Banana, Kling, or similar), plus editing in CapCut or Canva.
3. Keep a recurring cast of 5 characters consistent across posts (I’ll share their descriptions).
4. Write short captions, hooks and on-screen text, and suggest relevant hashtags.
Optional: help with Stories (polls, quizzes) and engagement ideas.

Content focus
I have a 60-post content plan built on four pillars, which we’ll share with you:

- Gym hygiene myths and facts
- Post-workout routines
- Gym bag and gear care
- Relatable gym humour

You’ll also post for festivals and seasonal moments (Diwali, Christmas, New Year).

Branding

- Dark, moody backgrounds with a neon lime-green accent as the main brand colour. Copper and aqua blue are secondary accents.
- Bold, clean typography, consistent across every post.
- Photorealistic, cinematic style with Indian gym and home settings.

Originality
- You’re welcome to study top fitness and lifestyle pages for inspiration on formats, hooks and pacing. All content must be original. No copying of other creators’ posts, videos, images or captions, and no copyrighted music, characters or logos outside Instagram’s own audio library. Every piece should fit our branding.

Guidelines

- No medical or health claims. Keep facts general, accurate and well established.
- If it is AI-generated content then add Instagram’s AI label on a reel / post. AI generated conetct is acceptable.

Strategy
I have a plan, but I'am open to your ideas. If you have experience growing new Instagram pages, I’d like to discuss strategy, formats and posting times with you.

Who I am looking for

- A portfolio of Instagram Reels and carousels, ideally fitness, lifestyle.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools, including keeping characters consistent.
- Good English copywriting; Hindi is a plus.
- Reliable and able to deliver on a daily schedule.

Engagement and budget

- [Monthly retainer / per-post rate]: budget [₹15000–₹20000 per month]
- Starts with a paid trial of [10] posts (a mix of Reels and carousels). If it goes well, we’ll move to an ongoing monthly arrangement.
- If we hit a milestone in terms of organic followers project will continue.
- There will be separate budget for Meta Ads for targeted audience. If you are good at that we can discuss that as well but that will happen only we finish first 100+ post on Instagram.

- Links to 3–5 Instagram posts or pages you’ve created.
- Which AI tools you use and how you keep characters consistent.
- A short idea for one post on the topic “Why your gym towel is dirtier than you think.”

Two tips: the sample-idea question in “How to apply” quickly filters out copy-paste applicants, and keep budget numbers specific, since posts with a clear budget usually attract more serious freelancers.
