Engaging Educational Video Editor

*Freelance YouTube Video Editor Required | Long-Term Opportunity*

I'm looking for a creative freelance video editor for my educational YouTube channel, CareerDekho.

The videos are primarily 10–15 minutes long, covering MBA programs, universities and career guidance.

*Editing Style:* Similar to Ankur Warikoo's YouTube videos — clean, simple, engaging and professional.

*Requirements:*
- Clean cuts and natural pacing
- Subtle zooms and minimal text animations
- Relevant B-roll, screenshots and simple graphics
- Good audio quality
- Ability to make educational content engaging without unnecessary effects

*Payment:* Initially, compensation will depend on the quality of work, editing skills and overall output. I'm looking to build a long-term working relationship, with gradual increases in payment as the collaboration progresses and the editing style works well for my videos.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants consistent work and is interested in growing alongside a YouTube channel.

Please share your previous editing samples, expected charges per video and turnaround time.
