I need fresh, professionally-shot footage that invites viewers to step effortlessly from sky to surgery center. The overall tone should feel warm and welcoming rather than hyper-dramatic, yet still polished enough for later marketing edits.

Here’s the flow I’m envisioning:

• Open with wide aerials that establish the entire building and surrounding property.
• Drop smoothly into a close-up of the main entrance, then transition indoors.
• Continue in one steady-cam or gimbal-assisted shot that guides the audience through the reception area, down the hallway, and into our surgery center.
• Capture purposeful cut-ins of key interior details along the way—signage, patient-friendly touches, equipment highlights—so I have inserts for future edits.
• Finish with a mirrored “exit” pass (walking back out or reversing the route) to give me options for dramatic reversals in post.
