• AI video production – use text-to-video, generative imagery, animation, or similar techniques (Runway, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or the tool you love) to bring the concepts to life.
• Mobile-first editing – deliver vertical 1080×1920 MP4s with subtitles, on-trend sound, and an attention-grabbing first three seconds.
• Consistent output – an initial batch of 3–5 finished videos so I can test performance, with the option to scale if we click creatively.

Acceptance criteria
1. Final files meet platform specs and look crisp on phone screens.
2. Hooks, pacing, and captions feel native to Reels/TikTok culture.
3. AI elements appear seamless rather than gimmicky.
4. Revisions (up to two rounds per video) are included to nail tone and style.
