Project Request: Second Grade Classroom Rules & Procedures

I am looking for someone to create a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate PowerPoint presentation for my second-grade classroom. The presentation will be used during the first week of school to teach classroom expectations and procedures.

PowerPoint Requirements

Bright, colorful, and kid-friendly design
Geared toward second-grade students (ages 7–8)
Include engaging visuals, icons, and animations where appropriate
Include short, age-appropriate videos that reinforce classroom expectations and positive behavior
Incorporate a few 1–3 minute brain breaks throughout the presentation to keep students engaged
Include interactive opportunities for students to practice expectations

Classroom Rules

Please create slides explaining each classroom rule in a way that second graders can understand. Use simple language, examples, and visuals.

Attention Getters

Create a dedicated section that teaches and allows students to practice these call-and-response attention signals:

Teacher: “1, 2, 3, 4!”
    Students: “5, 6, 7, 8!”
Teacher: “Hocus Pocus!”
    Students: “Everybody Focus!”
Teacher: “Quiet on the Creek!”
    Students: “Shhhhh!”

Deliverables

Editable PowerPoint (.pptx)
PDF version of the PowerPoint
High-resolution poster files (PDF or PNG)
Any fonts or graphics used should be free for classroom/commercial use or included with the project.

The overall theme should be welcoming, positive, engaging, and appropriate for a second-grade classroom. The goal is to help students learn expectations while having fun and staying actively involved.
