Seeking an OSS Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in onsite/EUS support, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ITSM, networking, and hardware support.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, IT/OT, IoT, MES, and production systems is highly preferred.
Valid driving license and local language proficiency are mandatory, as the role requires onsite support and travel between nearby sites.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, vendor coordination, and customer-service skills required.
