I’ve reached the stage where my customer-facing web app needs a thorough quality check before launch. I want every key journey—sign-up, login, product selection, checkout and payment—walked through as a real shopper would.
Your mandate covers:
• Cross-browser and cross-device verification so the experience is consistent on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, as well as iOS and Android phones and tablets.
• Performance, error handling and basic security probing to catch slow pages, broken calls, unhandled exceptions or obvious vulnerabilities.
I’ll provide staging credentials and any test credit-card data you need. Please craft clear test cases, execute them, and return:
1. A concise bug list with severity ratings and reproduction steps.
2. Screenshots or screen recordings of each issue.
3. Suggested fixes or optimisations where relevant.
Feel free to rely on the tools you’re most comfortable with—Selenium, Cypress, BrowserStack, JMeter, OWASP ZAP, etc.—as long as the final report is actionable for my dev team. Turnaround within a week is ideal, but let me know if you need more time for deeper coverage.
If this sounds like a fit, tell me briefly how you’d structure the test cycle and any past web commerce projects you’ve hardened.
