Hello, I want to explain the complete project before we discuss the price.
I need a Real Estate ERP system for my company, . I need a complete system that works on desktop/laptop through a web browser and also has Android and iOS mobile applications.
The website and mobile apps should be connected to the same backend and database. For example, if a sales employee creates a customer from the mobile app, that customer should be available in the web ERP as well.
### 1. Main ERP Modules
The system should include:

The exact screens can be designed efficiently. I don't necessarily need every small action to be a separate page. Tables, forms, modals and dashboards can be used where appropriate.

Authentication and permissions are very important.
I need proper secure login and role-based access control.
The main roles are:
• Super Admin
• Admin
• Sales Manager
• Sales Executive
• Marketing Manager

• Inventory Manager
• Purchase Manager
• Project Manager
• Employee
• Customer
• Vendor
The Super Admin should be able to create employee accounts, assign roles, control permissions, deactivate accounts and manage the system.
After login, the user should automatically be taken to the dashboard appropriate for their role.
For example:
Sales employee → Sales dashboard
HR → HR dashboard
Accounts → Accounts dashboard
Inventory → Inventory dashboard
Super Admin → Complete administration dashboard
A Sales employee should not be able to access payroll or financial information unless specifically given permission.
Customers and vendors should have separate portals with limited access.

The system should support the complete business process.

It should be responsive and work properly on different screen sizes.
The web application should have a professional ERP-style interface with sidebar navigation, dashboards, tables, search, filters, forms, notifications and reports.

I need:
• Android application
• iOS application
The mobile application should connect to the same backend/database as the web ERP.
I am open to Flutter if you recommend it for cross-platform development.
