End-to-End Real Estate ERP

Hello, I want to explain the complete project before we discuss the price.

I need a Real Estate ERP system for my company, . I need a complete system that works on desktop/laptop through a web browser and also has Android and iOS mobile applications.

The website and mobile apps should be connected to the same backend and database. For example, if a sales employee creates a customer from the mobile app, that customer should be available in the web ERP as well.

Authentication and permissions are very important.

I need proper secure login and role-based access control.

The main roles are:

• Admin
• Sales Manager
• Sales Executive
• Marketing Manager
• Marketing Executive

• Accounts
• Inventory Manager
• Purchase Manager
• Project Manager
• Employee
• Customer
• Vendor

The Super Admin should be able to create employee accounts, assign roles, control permissions, deactivate accounts and manage the system.

After login, the user should automatically be taken to the dashboard appropriate for their role.

For example:

Sales employee → Sales dashboard
HR → HR dashboard
Accounts → Accounts dashboard
Inventory → Inventory dashboard
Super Admin → Complete administration dashboard

A Sales employee should not be able to access payroll or financial information unless specifically given permission.

Customers and vendors should have separate portals with limited access.

### 3. Customer and Sales Flow

The system should support the complete business process.

For example:

Customer enquiry
→ Lead created
→ Sales follow-up
→ Sales pipeline
→ Property/project selection
→ Booking
→ Payment/financial information
→ Documents
→ Reports

All related information should be connected rather than stored separately.

### 4. Database

All important business information should be stored in a proper database.

This includes:

• Accounts
• Payments
• Documents

I don't want important information to exist only in frontend/static data.

Please explain which database you recommend. PostgreSQL would be my preferred option if suitable.

### 5. Desktop Web Application

Employees should be able to open the ERP using Chrome/Edge on their office computers and laptops.

It should be responsive and work properly on different screen sizes.

The web application should have a professional ERP-style interface with sidebar navigation, dashboards, tables, search, filters, forms, notifications and reports.

### 6. Mobile Applications

I need:

• Android application
• iOS application

The mobile application should connect to the same backend/database as the web ERP.

I am open to Flutter if you recommend it for cross-platform development.

Please clearly explain whether your quotation includes both Android and iOS source code and deployment.

### 7. AI Integration

I also want AI features.

For example:

• AI assistant/chatbot
• Help employees find information
• Generate summaries
• Assist with customer/lead information
• Generate reports or insights where appropriate

We can discuss exactly which AI features are realistic within the budget.

### 8. Performance and Scalability

Currently, the company may have around 300 employees using the system.

• Millions of database records over time

I understand that no developer can guarantee that a server will never fail, but I want proper architecture, database optimization, error handling and testing so the system remains stable under normal business usage.

Please explain how you would test the system with many users.

Because this system will contain company, customer, employee and financial information, security is important.

I need:

• Secure password storage
• Secure authentication
• Role-based authorization

• Input validation
• Protection against unauthorized access
• Secure database configuration
• HTTPS/SSL
• Rate limiting where appropriate
• Audit logs for important actions
• Secure file/document handling

### 10. Backup and Server Failure

If the server goes down, I don't want company data to be lost.

I need:

• Automatic database backups
• Backup retention
• Ability to restore the database
• Error logging
• Server monitoring
• Recovery procedure

Please explain how you would handle this.

### 11. Deployment

I want the final system deployed on a server/VPS that is controlled by my company.

I don't want the application to depend permanently on your personal computer or personal hosting account.

I need the complete deployment setup and instructions.

### 12. Source Code

This is very important.

After the project is completed, I need the complete source code for:

• Web frontend
• Backend/API
• Android application
• iOS application
• Database schema/migrations
• Configuration files
• Deployment files

The project should be organized so another developer can maintain it in the future.

### 13. Testing

Before final delivery, I want the application tested for:

• Login/authentication
• Role permissions
• CRUD operations

• API errors
• Mobile functionality
• Web functionality
• Different screen sizes
• Performance
• Security issues
• Backup/restore

If a bug is found in a feature that was included in the agreed scope, it should be fixed.

I am considering something like:

Mobile → Flutter
AI → Gemini/OpenAI API

But I am open to your professional recommendation.

6. What exactly is included in your price?
7. What is NOT included?
8. What is the estimated development time?
9. Can we divide the project into milestones?
10. Will I receive the complete source code?
11. Will you deploy it on my server?
12. How many revisions are included?
13. How long will you provide bug-fixing support after delivery?
14. Are third-party costs such as server, domain, Google/Apple developer accounts and AI API usage included or separate?

I don't expect you to promise that a system can never have an error. I want a properly engineered and tested system with good error handling, backups, security and recovery procedures.

Please review these requirements and give me a realistic quotation based on what you can actually deliver. If the complete system cannot be built within my budget, please clearly tell me what can be delivered first and what should be developed in later phases.
