We are looking for an experienced digital marketing and brand setup specialist to build out, optimize, and connect our entire online ecosystem. The goal of this project is to establish maximum online visibility, secure foundational backlinks, unify our branding across all platforms, and drive traffic directly to our main website.

The developer/specialist will write an optimized anchor brand story/launch article. This content will be published on our website’s blog and repurposed to set up all major social media profiles, business directory listings, and online press release submissions. Every platform must display 100% accurate, consistent brand messaging and link back to our main website funnel.

Detailed Deliverables & Scope of Work
1. Brand Messaging & Foundational Blog Article
Write a high-converting, SEO-optimized launch article/press release outlining our brand value proposition, services, and target market.

Publish and format this article on our website’s blog to serve as the master copy for external distribution.

Extract profile bios, taglines, company descriptions (short and long form), and keyword lists from this article to maintain 100% messaging consistency across all external platforms.

2. Social Media Setup, Optimization & Website Linking
Create (or optimize existing) accounts, upload matching profile/cover graphics, insert optimized bios, add website links, and cross-link all of the following platforms:

Google Business Profile (Full optimization and directory mapping)

LinkedIn (Company Page setup & header optimization)

Facebook (Business Page configuration)

Instagram (Business profile setup & bio link optimization)

X (Twitter) (Profile setup & keyword bio)

TikTok (Business profile setup)

Blogger / Medium (External Web 2.0 brand properties setup)

Ensure all social icons on our main website are connected directly to these live profiles.

3. Free Business Directory Listings & Backlinks
List our brand on top free business directories and citation platforms (e.g., Crunchbase, YellowPages, Yelp, Manta, MerchantCircle, MapQuest).

Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) and website URL consistency across all listings to build strong foundational SEO backlink signals.

4. Press Release Drafting & Online Distribution
Format the core brand article into a press release following standard PR guidelines.

Distribute the release across reputable free/low-cost PR networks (e.g., PRLog, IssueWire, PR.com, OpenPR).

Ensure all press release submissions include embedded canonical links back to our website’s main landing pages and blog.

Freelancer Qualifications
Proven experience in digital presence setup, local SEO, and citations.
