I have an English-language employment agreement that must be rendered into flawless, legally accurate Japanese. The text is strictly contractual, so every clause, definition and heading has to stay intact, including numbering, cross-references and any tables that appear in the original file.

I will supply the contract in an editable Word document. Your job is to:

• Produce a Japanese version that mirrors the source layout and formatting
• Preserve all legal terminology without oversimplifying or paraphrasing
• Flag any term that lacks a direct equivalent in Japanese law so I can review it
• Return both the translated file (Word) and a clean, locked PDF for signature

Acceptance criteria: the translation reads naturally to a native Japanese legal professional, matches the source pagination, and passes my in-house bilingual review with no substantive amendments required.

Please keep the entire assignment confidential and delete all working files once the project is approved.
